Warranties:
We do not offer any express warranties. However, many of the products available through us are covered by manufacturers' warranties. If a product is covered by a manufacturer's warranty, it will be stated on the manufacturer's web site or documentation provided. Detailed manufacturer warranty information can also be obtained for free by contacting us.

Restocking Fee:
All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Returns/Refunds:
Please note that products sold through us are non-refundable unless otherwise approved in writing.

Physical Damage Policy:
Physically damaged items cannot be returned.

Notice:
Removal or alteration of a product's serial number or serial number sticker will automatically void approved returns. Products that are returned to us with a missing, damaged or altered serial number will be refused and will be returned to you.
